Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return, email ivysroseco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange size. We’ll send you our return address.

Return Policy Summary:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Customer pays return shipping (we recommend tracked shipping).

• Please allow 5 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your refund. 

• If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, we will cancel and refund the order.

Note: Colors may vary due to lighting or screens. Custom or patterned shirts are made to order and may vary slightly based on cut. Exchanges are available if you're unsatisfied.
