Shipping:  Orders typically ship within the week (< 7 days). If your order includes a hoodie please allow 5-10 business days to ship. If you want more detail when your order will be shipping out email or DM us!

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Express shipping is the shipping service, not the production time. Still allow <7 days of production time.

Items should be washed by hand or on the delicate cycle of your washer. Use cold water along with a gentle detergent.

Hoodies: Turn down the heat on your washer and dryer. Wash in cool water and tumble it dry on a low setting. Too much heat will warp and peel your design, so keep it cool to extend the vinyl's life.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please email me at ivysroseco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return - we will email back our return address. 

• Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

• Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

• When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.

• Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.

  • In addition, shirts with patterned details are made to order and hand sewn in Minnesota. The pattern of the fabric may vary depending on where I cut the fabric. There may be slight variations. If you are unsatisfied please let me know and we can exchange for a new shirt - pre approved. 

The customer is responsible for all return / exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

• Please allow 5 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your refund.

• If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, we will cancel and refund the order.
